Lilium -Teaser- A joy to watch
Very very well made. The way you introduced Lilium and the general style of the animation is very unique, enjoyable and exciting to watch.
There have been alot of dark modelled animtions placed throughout newgrounds, but all the Noirs and Goth movies ive seen this tops it. It has such a unique style which I havent seen before, dark and mysterious, yet incredulant to watch. Very nice. It was almost a DreamScape sort of enviorment. A creeping or sinking feeling towards things that are going to happen. Almost as if the place has had the life sucked right out of it.
Your art. Also unique, like a cross between manga and potrait, chemicalizing this with your characters and the general way you wanted them to be seen has came out very good, creepy, gothic and beautiful.
What I really enjoyed in this teaser were the backgrounds. You certainly didnt rush them. Such a dark, medievil, silent, mysterious setting you've placed the animation in. From the grass to the moon it was all great, its when you become paranoid about the little things when the animation really pays off.
The song went very well with the animation. A simple, childlike lullaby to hush the sorundings, the characters and the events that occured. With the music in place it made it seem more dreamy, an insight to things that are going to accure and will take place. The music really showed though quite evil, the child-like traits the characters have.
This animation is going to be great, come round December and I'll be keeping an eye out for this animation. I'm really looking forward to it. So best of luck and keep at the animating :)
